Pros

Free lunch twice a week, stocked kitchen with soda and snacks, happy hours some Fridays. Casual dress code, easy to get them to give you a company laptop, all the latest tech stuff to play with.

Cons

Feels particularly hostile if you're female - all female management was eliminated during acquisition of another company. Heaven forbid you're not in the boys' club up in NYC or you won't have any say (and will probably be terminated if you try to go outside your designated bubble). Lots of money spent to make you feel good but little interest in keeping quality people or the important benefits like quality health insurance.

Pros

office lunches, convenient Chelsea location

Cons

Unstable Roles. I was hired into a new full-time role at OpenSky (temp-to-perm: hourly compensation). I feel like they used me to get a massive amount of things in working order cheaply. They got a great deal. I worked overtime, implemented new strategies, catered to the very demanding CEO who asked me to "treat him like a baby" and organize his personal life for him (I was even asked to call his mother-in-law to get his information), and generally went into overdrive getting things running. Then, weeks into the job, they asked me to work only 12 hours a week "as they figured out the role." My recruiter was shocked, as was I. Clearly those in management should know that hiring someone full-time and then asking them to work less than part-time is a scam. What a horrible situation to put someone in! I turned down legit jobs to work at OpenSky and they treated me like a disposable (which is also shocking because I handled a lot of confidential information). When I quit they didn't even respond to my notification.
