I have been working at OpenText full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of autonomy, competitive pay, breadth of solution, very profitable

    Cons

Lots of acquisitions resulting in duplication of solutions and re-structuring of processes and some policies,

    Advice to Management

Don't allow the pursuit of profits taint your relationship with external customers or drive employees out of the company because of unrealistic expectations. Good employees will go to competitors resulting in a double whammy effect.
