Approves of CEO

Pros

In UK: Employee chrun rate is low. Many employees on 5/10+ years. Relaxed, small company culture. Empowered individuals, Entreprenuerial atmosphere. Supportive of individuals. Never stands still, always changing....!

Cons

Never stands still, always changing...! American (corporate) colleagues adrift from feeling in UK. Ruthless at acquistion time. Failure to make any cost of living pay rises for last 5 years.

Advice to Management

Product base and associated marketing still needs massive refinement. Brand is still non-existent. Staff on the ground starting to become disillusioned through lack of any performance related pay increases; or any increases at all since 2005. Training and enablement of staff outside Waterloo is still some what under stated. Still love the company though so must be doing some stuff right!
