Peu de choses à vrai dire

Cons

Approche dogmatique de la conception des offres, ne correspond pas aux besoins des clients.
Direction aveugle/sourde à NY/NJ : ne voit pas/n'écoute pas le feed-back du bas.
Communication internet trop sûre d'elle pour booster les employés, ne paraît pas crédible.
La valeur première de la direction supérieure est d'obtenir de l'argent rapidement => très mauvaise gestion RH.
La présidence est incapable de prendre une décision - relègue tout au personnel secondaire. La direction de la société n'est pas en phase avec les objectifs ambitieux (et irréalistes) fixés par les investisseurs.
Et tellement d'autres choses...

    1. Flat Structure - leadership is extremely approachable. I am constantly speaking with CXOs on and off project. Very inspiring...
    2. Work directly with Client - exposure is beyond words. I have worked in ZS before - and this is markedly different here
    3. Really great team/ mentors
    4. Constant focus on learning and growth.. Happy with E3 activities that have come up...

    1. No support on sales side - constantly dragged into sales support

    I worked at Opera Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I landed a role at Opera right out of college and it was a great learning experience. I worked on a number of different projects and my team members became some of my closest friends. The company has a start-up feel, so there are a lot of happy hours, parties, and other perks like Friday lunch.

    Cons

    The work/life balance could be better. I found myself working late hours and weekends on a regular basis.
