      Pros

      Can be a great source of income if you’re on the favorites list.

      Cons

      It’s a good old boys club. Only the favorites get access to ideal locations. Expected to travel at own expense to meetings far from home. 1099 job and all expenses are reimbursed. Lies about commission percentages and residuals percentages. Stay away.

      Pros

      Agents are able to make unlimited income. Wonderful bonus programs and will help non-license people with getting their license within 2 weeks. One on One training is a Big Plus ➕️ for everyone.

      Cons

      Sometimes its difficult for people who come from certain other companies to break those bad 👎 habits.
