    Pros

Very cutting edge products (Laser based 3D imaging, terrain mapping, space). Good co-workers.

    Cons

After I joined during the first few years it was great. But, when the owner's son took over, it was only the ass kissers who got promoted. Another way to get a promotion, or even protection by management was to sleep around with your manager.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and kick yourselves in the ass! You laid off a bunch of people just so that you can give yourselves a nice bonus! In return another 20 people quit in disgust! Stop protecting those worthless middle managers and stop promising customers delivery times that are next to impossible to meet with a working product.
