      Pros

Amazing team and atmosphere, great work culture, fantastic product which is improved all the time. Feels like being a meaningful part of a growing company from the moment you start working.

      Cons

Sometimes very challenging and demanding job but I guess that's not really a con.

          Pros

My experience with this company warrants a 3-star rating, as there are both positive and negative aspects that need consideration. On the positive side, the camaraderie among coworkers is a real asset. They create a supportive and collaborative environment that makes the workday more enjoyable. The benefits provided are also satisfactory, contributing to a balanced work-life equation. However, the company's management is a significant downfall. Micromanagement and unrealistic expectations are pervasive issues, stifling creativity and causing unnecessary stress. The frequent turnover within the management team compounds this problem, creating instability and hindering effective strategies. If an AE misses quota a few quarters in a row they immediately get fired even though nobody hits quota ever. Additionally, the lack of a well-defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads to confusion and wasted efforts. While salaries align with industry standards, the failure to meet On-Target Earnings (OTE) in the American context is disappointing and can lead to employee dissatisfaction. In summary, this company shows promise, but it requires substantial improvements. A focus on addressing micromanagement, setting realistic goals, and stabilizing the management team is essential. Clearing up the ICP and refining compensation structures would also contribute to a more positive work environment. With necessary changes, this company has the potential to thrive beyond its current 3-star rating.

          Cons

          Micro-managers Terrible work life balance

Have you ever done interview & just felt the team or company wasn’t sitting well with your gut? How does that factor into your decision if an offer is made? Obv a job interview time is limited so you never know but sometimes I just have a vibe it’s not a match and even though I may keep going in rounds, I’m always checking if I finally get the gut feeling this may be right. I had one where round 1-4 the mood was off. I felt I was being nitpicked harshly always, they rejected me in the end

For those who are/were in management- At how many years of experience did you get your first job as a manager? How did you make the jump into leadership? For people whose first management role started at a new company, how did you convince them since you had no prior experience in management??
