    Pros

    Good career opportunities and lots of business challenges. Dynamic industry so lots of new products / changes to work with.

    Cons

    Pay can be on the low side, especially with internal promotions. Too many restructures the last 18 months.

    Advice to Management

    Pay those who are internally promoted more fairly vs market rates, otherwise the IP will walk out the door when those people get external offers at market rate,

    Pros

    Changing mindset in company is beginning to show positive results in morale and outlook. If they maintain this momentum who knows where the brand will be in the next 5 years

    Cons

    Politics galore with the old guard constantly trying to position themselves as better than they actually are. Secretly undermining the very change of ideas the current corporate structure is trying to inject into the system

    Advice to Management

    Find your departmental lifers and either reshuffle them and shift them to keep things fresh, or move them out before they hinder the efforts of the changing mindset you're trying to get everyone to adopt.
