    I have been working at Opus Consulting Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1) If working with an onsite client all your offshore managers become useless.
    2) Decent appraisals.

    Cons

    1) Employees are treated very badly.
    2) The mid to senior level management has taken a bad hit.
    3) Almost a dictatorial regime with every manager trying to make things difficult for an employee.
    4) the HR generally comes up with policies on the fly. They do everything possible to make the employee feel like he is working in jail.
    5) Have been losing most of their projects bcuz of point 1 and point 2.
    6) Family based company.

    Advice to Management

    Existing nonperforming managers should be fired and professional managers should be recruited.
