Pros

Mismanagement makes avoiding new work easier; underpaid management finally also starting to glacier it out like their subordinates. We don't have to clean or polish the sailboats.

Cons

Where to start? US Government suggests every person in the world remove JAVA. Employees live with daily statements of- We're trying to send your jobs to India or China. No raises or bonuses in many years. Overtime not allowed, but not enough skilled, experienced workers left to bail the water. Hired executive after being fired for lying and cheating at his last company. Customers tired of being treated like lepers and wallets.

Advice to Management

Depends on the level; middle management should stand up and be shot for caring; upper management should prepare their statements for court. Wear a life jacket on the sailboat.
