    Great people in most of the teams
    Work from home if needed

    Good performance is not rewarded
    You have to quit Oracle and comeback for a salary increase
    Employees are not given a decent raise or bonus in years
    Frequently freezes promotions and raises and bonuses

    Advice to Management

    Very top heavy and some in top management are too shy to meet their own teams and also customers, which doesn't make sense considering their titles. Overall a good company to work for her if you know to play the game of leaving and coming back in order to get good raises or promotion.
