Dynamic company, leader in their field.

Cons

Poor salary, hard to get senior management to pay attention to problems closer to the ground.

Advice to Management

Pay attention to staff survey, lip service is not enough.

    Really talented coworkers, immediate respect in the industry, solutions that are leading edge, admin support is all self service via company systems

    Cons

    Salary is slightly below industry, you're on the bench - you're gone, HR is slow

    I worked at Oracle full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Led by one of the smartest guys on the planet. Great people in every part of the business. Breadth and depth of application and technology means they are in nearly every account - and therefore have the ability to get C-Level access.

    Cons

    Too many sales people calling on same accounts. Last I counted, it exceeded 16. Confusion and frustration for customers and Oracle Sales Rep alike.
    Business practices are rigid and slow (for reps and customers).

    Advice to Management

    They have a well-oiled machine as-is so not sure there is more to share.
