    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Oracle full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Solid company, successful business, great products, top talent in most teams, global culture, good infrastructure, great access to training, good individualistic culture (you can thrive being yourself).

    Cons

Salary and career growth are almost stagnant compared to the business growth.
Politics get in the way of very good projects that would make positive impact.
Hiring is so hard to do that you hold on to low performing people instead of changing them for top talent.

    Advice to Management

Allow middle management (Director level) to change the 5% lower performing people for fresh top talent under same org.
    Reward top talent much more.
Create think tanks with a rotation of different people to fix some things that are frankly broken.
