I have been working at Oracle full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have learned lot of experience in my career. Best perk working in Oracle is the flexibility and great team to work with

    Cons

Benefits are not par with the market.

    Advice to Management

Its a great company to work with. There are few small tweaks by motivating the employees by keeping their benefits (salary, bonus as par with the market ) additional holidays and making them self-empowered
