I have been working at Orbitz Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Co-workers (peers and higher-ups) are nice, and there's a young and fresh company culture.

    Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the scale and benefits are not good. They do not offer ANY maternity leave, which is very surprising given the size of the company and the culture/age demographics of younger professionals they try to attract!

    Advice to Management

Consider adding benefits to make your employees happier (definitely some kind of maternity leave policy, and maybe other things that won't cost any money like vacation buy, etc).
