40 hour work week Monday through Friday. Occasional over time on the weekends. People are nice.
Cons
Possibility of moving up in the company is basically impossible if you work in production. Pay is minimum. You get really dirty working in the blending department. Blending machines leak material so the powder will be in the air and you'll be inhaling it through the provided face masks. Get used to having your boogers resemble the color of the product you are producing. Cleanliness is not a priority here. To push product out the door you get rushed and will have to cut corners.

Pay for little to no work if you decide that. (Unless you're in the warehouse and are needed.)
Cons
No infrastructure, sexual harassment, fraud, illegal activity, false promises, arguments, owners are neurodivergent, random children, females, dogs and possible client visits, active CEOS(owners) in building/living in building, conflicts of interest.
