40 hour work week Monday through Friday. Occasional over time on the weekends. People are nice.
Possibility of moving up in the company is basically impossible if you work in production. Pay is minimum. You get really dirty working in the blending department. Blending machines leak material so the powder will be in the air and you'll be inhaling it through the provided face masks. Get used to having your boogers resemble the color of the product you are producing. Cleanliness is not a priority here.
