For individuals that want to skirt by, it's relatively easy to get away with doing the bare minium.
Cons
Difficult to get raises, even if they're well deserved and you provide proof of accomplishments. Executive management will push to release products before its ready. Lots of shortcuts taken. Executive Management doesn't respect employees. Lots of yelling and condescending talk. Core values are a joke. Owners are too busy with their side projects to be a part of the company.

Cons
No infrastructure, sexual harassment, fraud, illegal activity, false promises, arguments, owners are neurodivergent, random children, females, dogs and possible client visits, active CEOS(owners) in building/living in building, conflicts of interest.
