For individuals that want to skirt by, it's relatively easy to get away with doing the bare minium.
Difficult to get raises, even if they're well deserved and you provide proof of accomplishments. Executive management will push to release products before its ready. Lots of shortcuts taken. Executive Management doesn't respect employees. Lots of yelling and condescending talk. Core values are a joke.
