Pros
The weekend crowd is good, you can make good tips on weekends. Also that close at 5 every day, so no late nite shifts which is a plus.
Cons
Management. The GM is a total anal control freak whose ex-military background is the driving energy in the restaurant. No room for change at all, if you aren't doing everything as instructed by him ( and I mean everything) you wont last long.
