    I worked at Otak full-time

    Pros

They have good benefits and there are some goods people working there.

    Cons

Their managers are not good and some of the employees that have been there longer are trusted but incompetent. They also got hacked so my personal information is now out there on the dark web.

    Advice to Management

The new managers need to show respect to get respected. I literally had one manager tell me not to ask questions of fellow employees as it works waste their time. Then the manager have me the wrong information about what other employees, but it was my fault for not knowing in the first place. Seriously, it was like working for a child.
