You are only well compensated if you over-achieve (hitting target is not enough). - Each department has their own targets, which often don't align with other departments. These leads to a culture of "every man for himself" instead of healthy collaboration between different teams. - Processes are breaking down due to the extreme rate of growth. - Communication is a huge fall down in the company, partially due because Otrium is a remote company. The manic Slack culture often leads to people becoming irritated and short with each other, instead of having professional conversations. - Burn out is frequent and handled casually. It is difficult to get personal support from management.
