Pretty decent pay and the ability to cross train
Cons
I worked there for many years, it started out as a dream job and then as time went by the corporation got extremely greedy as year after year they did not backfill retirements. Instead, they continuously heap more work on the existing labor force to the point where most people are completely overwhelmed and miserable. Meanwhile, they compensate the executive team with ridiculous exorbitant amounts of money and stock options, all funded by squeezing their workers and customers like a giant python.

Cons
No training Bonuses are not based on performance. Those that do little work, get the same as those that do the work.
