Pros

Not a whole lot to be completely honest.

Cons

Where do I start? Sales people make scraps, sales managers make even less. The location I was at magically had astronomical amounts in chargebacks every month which was taken out of bottom line gross which was then taken out of my check. I had to fight for manager bonuses that were paid out from the manufacturer. I worked 55-60 hours a week to make little to no money on a “you can’t get here” pay plan. It’s sad because I heard Ourisman was a great company when Sr. was running the show. Now it’s Jr. running the group and he hides behind his CO’s and VP’s. No care in the world about his people and only cares about lining his pockets and bottom lines to purchase more stores. I don’t even think Jr. has ever sold a car in his life! I wouldn’t wish this dealership group upon my worst enemies. With how I was treated/paid/hours worked, I could have had a better work life balance and better pay working at Lowe’s or Home Depot.
