Pros

This is a good place to work if you are in school and want to be a waiter etc part time to make some extra money

Cons

Managers are not treated well. They do not make very good money and work long hours.
Work enviornment not always good.

Advice to Management

Understand that people have lives outside of your company and pay your managers better. They put in ridiculous, long hours and do not benefit

    Pros

cheap meals cheap drinks some fun people

    Cons

If you are a bus boy for this company get ready to be treated like the stick you use to get dog poop off your shoe. there were times when the wait staff would cuss out any and all bus boys in front of management, and nothing would be done about it.
if you like digging through trash come on over here. when the wait staff clears tables, sometimes they would throw away, spoon, knives, etc. on accident, and it was the bus boy's job to go and dig threw the trash with a rake to find these lost treasuers. this is a slap in the face to anyone with a spine.

    Advice to Management

dont let the wait staff, bar tenders, hostess treat one of the keys of your store like dirt
