    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Outfittery full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Nice people, good working office

    Cons

Almost everything. Huge technical debt, lack of overall quality on IT products, lack of proper design and architecture, lack of management.

    Advice to Management

Rebuild the IT tools and products with proper market standards. Enpower good people to do it, and remove unexperienced people from positions of leadership.

    I worked at Outfittery full-time

    Pros

Great brand, very well known in German speaking countries, in Berlin it's a strong name. You can change things, you can really contribute. If you resist to the pressure and the working conditions, you'll be able to shape the company future. More than half are women, gender equality is a reality even in the management.

    Cons

Tough, stressful, exhausting. Under a constant lack of resources you'll be expected to deliver, deliver and deliver. Cheap furnitures, dis-functional office space, coffee and refreshment below any startup level in Berlin. Hysteric company culture that on the one hand promotes braveness, creativity and team work, on the other it sticks to inflexible business results under a continuous delivery pressure. This... generate not only waves of people leaving and coming, including managers and C-levels, but engaged employees running into burnout or close to it.
