    Best Education Concept Ever!

    Pros

Within reasonable guidelines, a teacher can choose the ages, grade levels, subjects and activities they wish to teach. Outschool does all the marketing in exchange for 30% of what you make. The salary of $48,000 I made was for part-time teaching hours (18). However, communication with parents, lesson planning, and designing original and captivating curriculum makes this a full-time job. High satisfaction levels abound among teachers, students, and parents.

    Cons

There is no “base salary.” What we make is per student, per hour. Depending on enrollments for a class, that could be $16-84. If you are comfortable with unpredictability and you have strong teaching skills, it’s fine.
