Approves of CEO

Pros

Real people, very laid back and comfortable environment. I don't feel as if there is a lot of workplace politics and corporate inefficiencies that interfere with the goal of the company.

Cons

The health care options could be better, but it seems as if this is something common and unfortunately becoming more common in many corporations.

Advice to Management

Keep up the employee recognition that you do, simple emails of recognition after a late night of work are much appreciated.

    Pros

    The insurance benifits are superb.

    Cons

Don't try to get ahead in this company unless you are "in" with someone. Most promotions are based on personal feelings of team leads and supervisors, not you performance or capeabilities. Upper management has been hired from within, that means not many are qualified for the positions and almost all new projects and procedures are always a work in progress, and are usually at odds with the other departments. Working at the call center is a nightmare for the most part.

    Advice to Management

When you say you are going to do something, DO IT! Some of your best employees are stuck because hiring managers hire for "Personality" rather than for their qualifications.
