Pros

You don't have to work too hard, easy to balance work with the rest of your life.

Cons

The company has no direction, it can't stay on one path for more than a week. Its like you're whipped back and forth every week in a different direction. The company tries to juggle twenty different things and ends up missing on all of them.

The average employee is below industry average, which makes it easy to be in the upper echelon here. A lot of people do very little.

You also feel like you're never getting the real story when Mr Reedy talks.

I have been working at Overture Networks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I am a current employee, working as a senior test engineer in System Test. A good and cool company to work with for self growth, technological growth. Directors and leads are good and supporting for good work environment. In my 1.5 year here till now, I didnt find anything negative about my team or company.
Superb work culture and good learning opportunity.
    Compensation on par with Industry.
Very good technology SDN,NFV which is the future of world.
    Supportive colleagues and team leads.
Free of mind while working, even it triggers us to work in a motivated way as we dont have work pressure here. We do more from our heart not by pressure. This environment I liked a lot.

The main thing I liked is the transparency in my team and work life balance. I was never pressurized my boss till today for work related stuffs. Its just a Mutual understanding between the manager and our lead.

Cultural events are quite happening very often for festivals. HR is also good.

I will happily recommend any one joining this company .

    Cons

    I 'dont have any concern.

    Advice to Management

All the best for solutions team, connector team and the whole Overture as its driving the future SDN market of the globe. I am sure Overture will click and glitter sparks in this SDN/NFV field.
