    Pros

You get exposure to many of the Regulations that Banks have to abide by. You get a taste of how each Bank is functioning and learn from its operations which adds value to your career in auditing/banking.

    Cons

There is no training, the expectation is for you to come in and perform at the level of other auditors that are there for the past 2-10 years. The travel can get to you since your commute can be 2+ hours.

    Advice to Management

Hire a trainer and don't expect other auditors to knowledge transfer to someone new that has started because the more experienced auditors will have a panic attack and be condescending since they have their own workload to worry about. Let auditors know their expectations before they get hired.
