      Great place and strong team culture. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you will love this place. There are lots of freedom to run your desk and build your own niche. Regional coverage across SEA/China gives good exposure.

      Cons

      Fast-paced and there is not much hand-holding. You need to be proactive, otherwise you might struggle.
