Pros
There are still great people at the working level of the organisation. The flexible working arrangements are ok, however I got the sense that they really want people to come in everyday (the free food is a giveaway). Benefits for those having babies is top notch.
Cons
The culture has changed dramatically over the last 3 years and not for the good. It seems like the new executive team wants to erase the successful past that PEXA had which includes many of the people who made it successful. There is now a feeling that you keep quiet, don't ask any questions and definitely don't make a mistake. There have been a number of rounds of redundancies of late and sounds like more to come so if you are after job security this is probably not the place for you. Check out the PEXA shareprice and how it has tracked over the last two years, directly correlates with the demise of the culture. The focus and care for customers is not what it use to be, its now about profits and announcements to the market to try and lift share price. In essence short termism is "king" and priorities change all the time. Many people in the the PEXA team wonder what the Board are doing and why they aren't taking action, hopefully they can turn it around.
