Pros
Plus QA has an extremely dedicated workforce, willing to take on a variety of quality assurance projects. Not only my co-workers have different backgrounds, but they are easy to work with, respectful and engaged. The company serves a variety of world-class clients and takes on a multitude of projects, so work is often varied. I'd say that versatility is probably the most important quality needed in order to succeed at Plus QA. Finally, Plus QA is been around for over a decade now so it's solid, offers good benefits and is well managed (thankfully not as much bureaucracy as a larger organization!)
Cons
I don't know if there major disadvantages. It does take a certain kind of mindset to do some of the more tedious and ripetitive work perhaps. However, people eventually rotate from a position and team to another to avoid burnout, etc. For example, I moved from one position to another while working here.
