Positive Outlook

I worked at PNC Bank Arts Center part-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

concerts, live music, casual dress code in the office/uniform in venue, fun atmosphere, rowdy patrons

awesome summer job - flexible dates for people in between school or work.

Cons

less than professional, bureaucratic - the people in the office are out of touch with exactly how much authority they have, behind the times, rowdy patrons, often working weekends

closed in winter

Advice to Management

PNC could stand to be a bit more organized and professional about how they handle their employees. there's definitely a lack of communication among the departments.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at PNC Bank Arts Center part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are extremely inclusive and diverse with their staff. That not only benefits the customers, I have learned a lot from fellow employees.

    Cons

I feel There aren't enough women in the investment arena, therefor I feel there are is a significant disconnect between some investment staff and "lower-level" staff they expect to get clients in to see them.

    Advice to Management

Hold EVERYONE accountable for the same expectations for exceptional customer service. It really seems acceptable for some to consistently perform sub-par to the point others have to work harder to clean up after.
