Pros

Good company, great benefits, really nice people to work with, job descriptions are spot on, you are required to do as they explain, major detailed training, I liked it just needed higher salary to support my family.

Cons

Call Center business model is difficult if you are not familiar with the process.

    Pros

    Non-management employees are wonderful to work with. When important sports events or news events occur they show the event on the wall in the call center. Free coffee, tea and iced tea.

    Cons

    Very poor top down communication. Very crowded work areas. Security is not very good.

    Advice to Management

    Communication to employees needs to be better. Senior management needs to make themselves more visible to the regular employees and not stay in the executive part of the building.

    I have been working at PODS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The people! They not only speak it but walk the talk of "one team, one dream."

    There are a lot of manual processes, but most of the management is open to change and finding better ways of doing things.

    The organization cares for their employees like none other that I have seem, from PODS Cares to the Thanksgiving meals assistance to the gift tree assistance at Christmas! While they do support charities in the community, they take care of their own!

    Cons

    From what I see, employees don't take responsibility for their own actions and play the blame game and then get upset when they are written up or termed.

    Company is growing faster than they can keep up with due to outdated processes. However, they are looking to new talent to help them get to the next level.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to drive accountability and change throughout the organization. "What got you here, won't get you there." Be open to changing from"this is the way we have always done it!" Think bigger.
