      Pros

      The hours are flexible, and I get to go home at the end of the day. If you need a job, this place is fine. If you want to be complacent and ride out the rest of your career, this place is a good fit. The people are generally nice, and somewhat welcoming. Benefits are good, but a bit underwhelming.

      Cons

      Their whole value system is wrapped up in "improving profits for shareholders and reducing operational costs" and it shows. Leadership is extremely weak; very little feedback; almost no vision. I regret taking this job.

      Pros

      My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!
