Pros

Good benefits/ PTO/ work form home options

Cons

Management treats everyone below them like worker bees and do not value the expert opinion of their employees. PRA wants employees to do work, with no questions asked and without you thinking for yourself. If you are a robot and not passionate about your job or have self-respect, PRA is defiantly the place for you.

Advice to Management

The leadership at PRA say they promote transparency in their work place to their clients and want open communication, but I have never worked anywhere where people were as secretive about the most mundane office communications as PRA.

    Pros

It's a job - at least I have one according to senior management. This was actually expressed orally by a senior management type at one of the company wide meetings. It happened quite a while ago, but it stickes with you when you have successive layoffs.

    Cons

Contracts are underbid on a consistent basis. There is no thought to extending timelines when work is stalled either on the client side or the company side.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your employees better.
