I have been working at PSAV full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Stable company with good benifits. PSAV is the largest Audio/Visual Company in the States; likely in the world. They have an effective approach to profitability and employee management and have locations all over the United States and beyond.

    Cons

Long hours with somewhat unrealistic expectations for staffing and time management. The large corporate structure often makes the decision making seem "ivory tower" and detached from reality. Corp. communication is lengthy, time consuming and relatively ineffective.

    Advice to Management

Stop talking and telling and perhaps spend some time listening to the folk who actually make the money and foster the customer and hotel relationships.
