Pros

Good health insurance and social security insurance.

Life work balance working environment, not too much staff work overtime.

Long annual leave.

Cons

Not providing versatile career advancement opportunities, sometimes you get bored at just doing BD, callings, CV screening, etc.

Office environment is not close and active enough.

Advice to Management

It would be the best to have local senior management team to manage the whole office. They can observe better this way.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    Good initial training
    Solid market position
Breeding ground for many start up consultancies - learn the ropes here and take the business solo later

    Cons

    Poor salaries
    Too much corporate nonsense
Genuine teamwork not encouraged by rewards
Large numbers of highest performers leave at the top of their game and take client bases with them

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the human beings making the profits for you and downsize the greed culture

    Pros

If you enjoy autonomy and freedom then this is a good place to work. You can open up new opportunities and the sky is the limit. Great client base and sector coverage.

    Cons

It can become a little bit boring to be doing the same thing every day and offering a limited service to clients. The cap of bonuses seems a little behind the market.

    Advice to Management

Look into career progression and perhaps broaden the service proposition so that you can retain consultants for the longer term.
