      Flextime & time off are good. Easy to work remote part time. Friendly and competent colleagues worldwide except in Needham.

      Cons

      Compensation poor, raises low and under inflation, takes full advantage of global wage arbitrage. Trend to outsource all R&D/QA overseas.
