I have been working at PUC Schools full-time

    Pros

It was been a pleasure in being part of an amazing organization, being able to grow a professional. By far a company that is willing to support any growth in a individual.

    Cons

Needs more attention for other staff that are not only teachers. Keeping a type of equality amongst staff.

I worked at PUC Schools full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Classes are kept small. There is a focus on consistency between grades and between subjects. Parents are invested in their children's education.

    Cons

Daily lesson plans must be submitted weekly. No textbooks but no electronic resources for building curriculum. Emphasis is placed on building relationships but excuses are made for parents all the time.

    Advice to Management

Be a stronger support for your teachers. Not in coaching or listening but making them feel like admin has their back and isn't bending to the will of parents and students
