I have been working at Pace Communications full-time

    Pros

Great opportunity to work with big-name clients, company as a whole is working the be on the cutting edge of content marketing.

    Cons

Company still operates like a print production house (which they were for a couple decades) rather than a contemporary "agency." You might spend 100% of your time working with just one client, which can mean you operate to serve the client rather than growing and changing with the rest of the company. If the client likes doing things in a dated way, that's what you're stuck with.

    Advice to Management

Diversify teams. More fully embrace becoming a contemporary digital content agency, rather than a print house that's giving this "digital" thing a try.
