Close-knit environment, laid-back attitude. Most employees have been there 5 or more years, often upwards of ten. Supportive of family/outside commitments.
Cons
A lot of inter-office gossip for the size of the company, lack of clear guidelines for employee responsibilities. Nepotism and double-standards of behavior.
