I have been working at Pacific BMW full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Every month our company shows their appreciation with holiday celebrations, food trucks, and yes cake days! The owner makes an effort to know all of his employees. Everyone in my department is like a family, its great!

Cons

the sales department is the main priority and sometimes other departments feel as if theyre put on the back burner

    I have been working at Pacific BMW full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Family company with great benefits and rewards!... good health care system and retirement plans. They really care about their employees and offer many events for them and their families. Now for my position Warranty Admin. has probably the hardest responsibility in the Service department. We (warranty) make sure that the advisor and tech is following BMW protocol with and keeping up with service bulletins.

    Cons

    A lot of work, and only 2-3 people coding for 7 Service advisors and about 40 techs. A lot of updates to keep up with, especially with the CPO manually
