    Pros

    Graduates really get good jobs in designated hotels.
    The former educators are top class.
    The facilities are five star quality.

    Cons

    Too many promises, little delivery.
    Students are compromised: school needs such as uniforms, ids, training manuals arrive late in the training period.

    Good and very friendly co-workers
    Accessible to the metro.
    Comfy lobby.
    Free meal.
    There is a sense of security.
    Clean environment

    The management.
    Salary and benefits.
    They lack man-power.
    The workload is not distributed properly.
    Lack of employee-employer communication

    Advice to Management

    Please start taking care of your employees. Also learn the process in the hotel. Learn to appreciate the hard work of your people. Give proper commendations and recognize the people who has been working with you for a long time. Learn to listen and hear out the voice of the workers.
