I have been working at Pacific Pulmonary Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to start in the medical industry and get your feet wet.
As long as your performing and meeting your monthly quota you have a job.
Always a need for respiratory products due to increased number of COPD and Sleep Apnea patients in the US.

    Cons

Changing medicare and insurance environment make it very difficult to make good money. Commissions have been restructured this year to compensate for lower reimbursement rate and caused top earners to make little and average earners to make nothing.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so indecisive with your standard operating procedures. Pick one direction and stay with it. Too much change has caused too much frustration and caused good people to leave.
