Palo Alto Networks has made choices to allow employees to be flexible on where they work and is allowing remote work to continue. I've found they do the right thing for people in general

+ Continues to innovate and help the market with their solutions
+ Work life balance is what you make it. Meaning as long as you get the work done then the schedule to make it is yours to decide
Cons
- 401k match here is a joke compared to competitors and they refuse to reconsider it - $1000 / yr
- Our EVP/CPO does nothing for the employees besides provide excuses. Something she was well known for at her previous role for also
