Pros

Base salary and company car, all expenses are paid for. Products are great and do work. Majority of the folks are good people.

Cons

Company doesn't take care of the good sales talent, cannot retain top performers. Bonus structure breeds mediocrity. Company doesn't keep their word on future promises.

Advice to Management

Reward your top reps with a bonus structure that makes them want to go out and work hard. The bonus structure is horrible.

I have been working at Pamlab full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

all ways something new to learn
    opportunity for growth
    many shift options
    decent benefits

    Cons

managers in this department are not well organized, you get two different answers for the same question.
there is no dedicated trainer the manager train new employees in between their other duties and there is so much to learn they don't consider you out of training for a full year.
there are standard operating procedures but in this department, there are always two or three exceptions to the rules you have to learn simply by experience.
the pay is not nearly equivalent to the tasks required of you. As a client service rep you will be required to not only do your job but often times other departments work as well.

    Advice to Management

Get a dedicated trainer. don't just try and train people in between your other duties as a manager.
Get on the same page. If someone asks two different managers the same question you should be able to give the same or similar answers.
