    Cons

    Too many to list. A year ago, created yet another tier of very high paid managers (unnecssary) while at the same time laying off much needed desk level operations.

    Advice to Management

    Cut amount of exectives in half would be a start.

    Have crm as of early 2013

    Cons

    Lack of implementation project mgrs. sales is expected to do this? Costs are not uniform. Hidden costs everywhere while sales is measured on net profit. High turnover which leaves knowledge gaps and no one wants to be accountable. If you're in sales, you will have no support, good luck, it's like sweat shop.

    Advice to Management

    Have strategic direction with clear action plans. Do benchmark on salaries to understand your salaries are 1 of the lowest
