Pros

Good Pay. Great Health Benefits.

Cons

Stress level is high. There the pressure from managment to produce quantity in customers assisted doesnt allow the opportunity to provide quality, leading to angry customers and thus a higher stress level.

Advice to Management

Take the pressure off the employees, there is enough pressure from the customers on a daily basis to provide quality service. Improve work/life balance.

    Pros

    Most of the employees were good to work with. Also, management was reasonable in accommadating work/life balance. Good severence policy.

    Cons

    Can be difficult, depending on the particular group you work for. Most products are keyed to the Japan market, so sometimes it can be difficult when working in the US.

    Advice to Management

    A top down approach to a changing world market needs to be implemented. For example, managers responsible for foreign markets need to be held accountable for their P&L

    Pros

    Flexible working hours.
    Opportunities to go overseas for project meetings.

    Cons

    The contact staff system sucks. It demoralizes contact staff to stay for the long term.

    Advice to Management

    No leadership in the management. The new communication scheme is like a closed door policy and it works only between the management and the so called HR person. There are no HR functions. Basically the HR person only computes payroll. She is no more than a payroll administrator. Besides she does not do recruitment and her work attitude sucks.
