I have been working at Panda Express part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you have a manager that actually cares about you, you'll do great. Time flies because of the amount of work needed to be finished.

    Cons

New manager (poor character). Understaffed at some locations so you may have be expected to cook, clean, serve & ring guests up (alot of work).

    Advice to Management

You should really get to know the people you hire to be store-managers aka listen to the co-workers and pay attention to their body language. Maybe even sneak a peek at the cameras once in awhile. The worst thing to have done to me was be harassed publicly and constantly while working. It truly does bring down the image of your company.
