I have been working at Panera Bread full-time (More than a year)

Pros

The work isn't too hard with exception of holidays, and the benefits are good.

Cons

If you have in competent co-workers the job is much more stressful.

I have been working at Panera Bread (More than a year)

    Pros

Keeps you busy most of the time, lots of stuff to do but the job is pretty easy. You can move up and find ways to get raises a little more easily than other similar companies.

    Cons

Work can get boring. A lot of the rude, arrogant, self entitled customers will wear you down after awhile.

I have been working at Panera Bread part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work with really nice people, and serve mostly really good customers.

    Cons

They worry about their "image" and expect you to lie to customer to protect that. I feel guilty about working and making money off of lies, even if I let someone else do it. That is how any job with a corporation will go though it seems.

    Advice to Management

If you want to keep the good ones, talk to corporate about not making lying a part of the job. Even after speaking with a manager I still felt that there was no way around it and that I need to lie to keep my job. I really, really loved my job until this part.
